Whether she is supporting our amazing Clients, smoothing out the details, or just being the go-to person for getting things done, she thrives on building relationships and making a difference.

At home, she's just as dedicated to her wonderful husband, her two amazing boys, and her beloved fur babies (who may or may not run the house). When she's not busy working or doting on her pets, you'll find her enjoying the great outdoors (or a patio), soaking up the sun at the lake, or lost in a good book. If there's water, fresh air, and a little adventure involved, Sam is all in!

Meet Sarah--part-time small business owner, full-time people enthusiast, and CEO of keeping everything (and everyone) running smoothly. She has been working in HR, benefits, and payroll since 2004 and thrives on turning big ideas into well-oiled machines, helping businesses and people grow with her magic mix of organization, strategy, and just the right amount of caffeine.

Her superpower? Bringing order to chaos--whether it's streamlining operations, coaching leadership teams to success, or making sure her two busy kids make it to all their activities (on time...mostly). Thankfully, she has her wonderful husband by her side, who keeps her laughing and occasionally reminds her to slow down (not that she listens). 

When Sarah's not helping other small business owners build their businesses, you'll find her entertaining friends and family, sipping on a Diet Coke, blasting her favorite playlist, or getting lost in a good book. She also jumps at any chance to travel--because let's be honest, even the best planners need an escape now and then.
